Wow that is the dogs dangly bits really, the bearskin got my first look and love the shading in three and the highlighting. Facial painting is never my best but you have shown such lifelike skill. I like this very much and it shows I have a long way to be as perfect as your skills.

Superb work ralph , the tones and variations are brilliant. Its black magic to me though , i cant paint figures to save my life! Cheers tony

I've been painting figures for about 20 years now and always try new ways to improve.

stunning work Ralph,


so well painted the red of his tunic looks great,very nicely highlighted and nice depth to it,


do lov the face work,always the hard part and your given it life,so very well done,even to the stubble,


the whole thing is just superb lov it :D

red is a bit of a tricky one as you know,to get the highlights,


and your done so well,but its just that feeling of if,I did this


it would be better, that's what makes the next one even better , ;)
