Well done. Going to cost you a fortune Alan. 24 hours per model.

Cheers lads she is now building a 1/144 FW 90 :smiling3:

Laurie I'm more worried about my paints and brushes going missing lol

Her name is Amy and she's 14 and she likes craft and making things so this is right up her street :D

Well done Amy, that's a brilliant first model!

Keep up the great work, I'm expecting good things from the FW 190.

I'm sure Dad can offer you some advice should you need it.

All the best

That is superb, better than yours any day of the week Al :D Looks like you will have to clear all your trash from the shelves for some superior quality builds;)

Seriously though, that is well made and finished. Well done Amy.

Talented youth hereabouts.

Nice to see. My 4 grandsons had a go at my place. Seemed to wane but see they all display their efforts in their bedrooms. One always asks when visiting if I can spare a model. Little monkey ! :D

Great to see the younger generation getting into our hobby :smiling3: at the recent Australian Model Expo, there was basically no teenagers and like 5 kids tagging around and 10 babies in prams and stuff. It sort of shocked me how little the younger gen are so much less interested in this great hobby and are just willing to play games on their computers

My Dad is building an old basic sailing ship model with my 4 year old nephew, he has no idea what is going on but enjoys watching the parts go together and form something he has seen before. One day when he understands what is involved my nephew will let my Dad build his own ;)

Thanks for the great comments guys she will be chuffed to bits when I show her in the morning :smiling3:

I didn't think she'd go for another build but but she's well away and has nabbed two other kits off her brother who's life revolves around Xbox , boo! , and he's given her his 1/35 UC and some figures , I might have some competition  :D
