An RA GB? Well, we've just missed the hundreth anniversary of the Regia Aeronautica founding, two weeks ago, and the 80th anniversary of the Armistice is September, but that's the soviet GB isn't it?
Maybe we'll pencil it for 101 years next March
My personal criteria for RA kit collecting (and a few builds!) is any Italian aircraft that flew in squadron service (so I've stretched to a S.79 Corsa) but excludes prototypes. So, the one-off Caproni-Vizzola F6 scrapes in because it flew in a Rome defence Autonomo unit, but the Caproni-Campini C.1 'jet' doesn't as it was a test bed that never went further (though it is sitting in Vigna di Valle still). Foreign types in squadron service does cover a fair few. I don't go for ANR or ACI marking though, but RA includes the pre cross tricolor tails.
War prizes I added to my collection just because, but only those with the tail cross
Still, can't just use my personal collection criteria to a GB. Ask me in eight months!
