It doesn't always , it can I've used it and some has and some hasn't I supose it's how you aply it I usually spray the glue on then sprinkle it's on so it could be a water thing or if it's in direct sunlight I don't know , it might even be how good the stuff is\ said:ta Alan,I did not know that Bicarbonate of soda,went yellow ,will have to watch out for that
