How about that this chap has done it.


Andre Borschberg has crossed the Pacific in this "bird" of an aircraft.


Just an incredible feat not only for technology but also the determination and courage of the man.


Hats off to him.

A feat of endurance that's for sure. They (the crew) are now saying that there is now no doubt what can be done with solar technology. At 28mph I'm not sure I want to travel across the globe in one just yet...
