I took this at the Fleet Air Arm museum at Yovilton , if you like Royal Navy aviation from the first Bi-planes to modern day fighters it's got it all.

It's a great museum and one I sadly haven't managed to visit for a few years.

I love the walrus, hard to believe it comes from the same stable as the Spitfire!

Here's one doing one of the jobs for which it was indispensable, air sea rescue.



And I don't know what's going on here, but if that chap up on the wing slips backwards...............

One of my favs as well , it's funny but I don't even remember taking the photo at the museum lol I found it when I was uploading pics for the wife's digital photo frame ,

That bloke must have had some bottle to do that in with the propellor still going!
