Morning all,

I've been quietly working away on this for the last week or so. It has been quite slow so far as I am limited to when I can paint. I use lacquer paints, and am a dining room table modeller with a house full of kids, cats and an asthmatic wife. At this time of year when it's too wet to have the patio doors open this severely limits my time with the airbrush.

So, so far I have managed to get the engine, frame, swing arm and pit stand finished.

Lots of different colours used, the engine alone has 5 different metallics and 3 different blacks. The frame is mostly metallic black, which is a great colour.

Moving on to the chain, rear wheel and brake next, then I can get the swing arm attached.

I'm a little disappointed with the gap on the bottom of the exhaust, but as it will be covered by the undertray so have decided to leave it be.

Some really nicely molded parts, but the disk brakes in particular were very nice, and came pre-drilled.

That's mostly it for the mechanical side, apart from the foot controls, so it's on to the body panels next.

Morning all.

Slow progress on this due to other stuff going on, but have now got all the panels painted, decalled, glossed, flatted and polished.

I've also painted the last of the other bits, so it all just need to be assembled now.
