Built it to test out a Vallejo RAF set I had lingering around, also tried out some Hataka Nato black for the underside to add a shade to the blackness.
Not so shake and bake as most kits from Tamiya but still a pleasant one to build:smiling4:.

Looking very good Fernando. It's turned out very nicely indeed!!

I have this in the stash. Is there anything in particular I need to worry about? You said it wasn't quiet the normal Tamiya build.

Also, how did the Vallejo RAF set turn out? I'm thinking of getting it.

Again, very we'll done!!

The fuselage halves had a little step on the top and bottom, which required filling and rescribing.
Also the topsides of the wings needed a little filler, nothing too serious:smiling:

I brought the Vallejo 71162 Raf colours day fighters 1941-1945 & Pru , only used 71.324 & 71.307 for the top and 71.057 with the mentioned Hataka for the bottom

You can click the undercarriage in for easy painting of the main colours and take them later out for their own colours, saves time to mask them
Just take your time in the assembly of the larger bits and you’ll have a nice model in the end:thumb2:
