hi skikman, the best thing to do is use a specialised glue for transparencies that wont mark the plastic if you get any on the window section.I use formula 560 canopy glue available from modelzone,its a pva (wood glue) based adhesive and being water soluble when wet ,wont mark the clear plastic.If any gets on the window ,just wipe off with a damp tissue. The fact that you say youve already glued them in means its too late for this glue,but try getting hold of a four sided nail buffer and using progressively finer sides try and polish the clear bits back to clarity,maybe using a bit of water while doing so. When they look better ,finish by giving the clear parts a coat of clear varnish to give a better shine, hope this makes sense and helps , cheers tony
