Bob,
Looking good, I like the nozzles. I tend to stretch my decalling over a couple of sessions as well, otherwise you will go crazy with modern jets.

cheers

Small update ('cos I haven't done much this week).

Finished off the decals and got the hardpoints fitted (these had been painted off-model).

Also got the bombs and missiles painted. There's a few decals to go on these but I'm going to gloss them first.

Terrific work Bob. A very neat and crisp piece of modelling. After all the trials and tribulations its all coming together well.

Looking mighty nice now bob , it might seem like a trial doing the decals but the difference it makes to the ordnance is amazing and can only complement the excellent build of the airframe, cheers tony

Hi Bob
That acrylic wash looks good. I have not tried it for fear of it not being 'adjustable' like oils. You have certainly got it to look good.
The decals have gone on very nicely and as always with modern planes - so many!!

Cheers Jim. :smiling3:

The acrylic ink was a bit of a shot in the dark as I also usually use oils & enamels.

Just got to gloss the underside now so hopefully I can get going with the weathering this week.

Made a start on the weathering with a pin wash and sum dirt streaking using starship filth. :smiling3:
