Hi guys,

For my 3rd attempt at a winged thing I decided to try a fast jet. :smiling3:

This will be mostly out of the box, apart from a few bits to tart up the office.

First up, box and sprue shots.

I made a small start this evening by immediately butchering the instrument panels in preparation for the PE. :smiling2:

I actually realised midway that I'd taken to much off, so reinstated it with some plasticard. I will trim the top to match once the glues dry.

Hi Bob
That is a big model. Some of those parts are pretty big in their own right. Nice to see Revell include all the weapons. Although aftermarket PE is good it is sometimes awkward to balance the kit instructions with the PE instructions. Hope the fit is nice -always a bonus.

Cheers Jim. I used the Eduard Zoom cockpit detail kit on my last aircraft build (Tamiya Hog) and it wasn't too bad, the instructions were quite clear (it's me that's the problem :tears-of-joy:).

Bob .
That's looking good, I'm always amazed when wingy guys do the office so well, more so in this scale .

Cheers John, but I'm no wingy guy, this is only my 3rd aircraft. You could say I'm winging it. :tears-of-joy:

I'll get my coat.

It looks like a great start. You've set the standard high on this one - we're all watching, you know.

That office is busier than the tax office at the start of the tax year.
Great work Bob.
