The VT1-2 was essentially a shortened MBT-70 chassis (five vs. six roadwheels) with two 120 mm smoothbore guns like those of the Leopard 2. The guns could elevate but not traverse and had automatic loaders. Here’s a three-quarters view of the same vehicle as shown above:
The VT1-1 was very similar, but carried two 105 mm rifles guns. Here’s a picture of one to better show what the VT1-2 would have looked like from the side as well:
