Thanks chaps. It's getting there! One more figure to paint then I'll start doing the groundwork.

Fantastic Camo work, especially for a 28mm figure. Certainly belies the scale. Really impressed!

Morning all. And thank you for all your comments! I'm working from home today, in the loosest possible sense of the word, so I'm cracking on in between answering emails. One thing that was bugging me was that the bombs were all stripped to Charge Primary (max range about 400m). So I've added some augmenting charges from tiny scraps of miliput. Better now. They'll be painted light grey when hardened.

Superb painting Alex. It's so hard to believe you can paint at this level at this scale.

Thanks Jim. The secret is tiny brushes, a steady hand and x3.5 reading glasses! :tears-of-joy:

Augies painted. Charge 2 so they've got a bit more reach - out to 2,500m. I had to do some actual work, so nothing further to report.

Morning all! Slight hiatus due to a pleasant surprise - the Youth returned unexpectedly from his travels on Friday night. I thought he was going to be in Australia for another three months! He decided to come home in time for his grandpa's funeral though (my dad who died last month), which is decent. He's not a bad lad really, we'll probably keep him.

Hopefully get around to basing later today. The garden needs a bit of attention first though.

Morning all, finished it last night. Pretty chuffed to be fair. I need to get a plaque made as it's a leaving present for a mate, so it's not glued to the plinth yet.

The final addition was the No 1's bag - made from a bit of tinfoil formed around a blob of greenstuff and a lump of sprue.
