Hi Marc, the roll cage was constructed using styrene rods, I heated them up using my work lamp & when it was the right shape dipped it in cold water.

I used super glue then when finished used two part epoxy on the joints to add strength.

No problem Ben, glad to help, having one or two problems with the decals they are very brittle & I'm finding I have to touch up with paint. But once the clear is sprayed on you cant tell the diff. If you look at the wheel arches in last set of photos the black runs right under the arch this is because the decals cracked & I had to paint them and I thought it looked better with black all the way round & as you can see you cant tell the diff. (I hope).
