A simple old 1979 molding ,decent looking kit for the price. The office is basic and the IP has decals for the detail. I'm doing this one out of the box with the exception of some Eagle strike decals as I just do'nt trust the look of these old original ones. The fit so far is good and its moving along quickly,so off to the pics

I just stuck the back seater in for the photos ,he'll be posed on the exterior later

Nice start Trey. I like the Texan, there are still many flying here and around the world. The guy in the back really wants to get out!

Dave thanks, any plans on starting yours soon? Paul, I have'nt done a dry fit of the canopy ,now I'm not sure I want to! Where were the fit issues? I'm posing both canopies open so I hope that will help with the fit. Thanks Patrick yea he does! Leo,Tony,Monica thanks, Thanks Joe,yea there are sure still alot of these birds flying, makes researching a bit easier as there are a lot of pics to be had! I joined up the wings, tail fins and the glare panel. The fit at the wing roots was excellent and the tail feathers and glare panel just needed a little filler. There was a gap that needed attention in the wheel wells that was a bit challenging due to the shape but in all pretty happy with the kit so far.
