It is Ljubljana, I spent a sunny afternoon sitting there drinking coffee and beer watching the trains go by. Because it is a through station and junction there is a lot of traffic coming in from one end and departing out on the junction after some running round by the locos with plenty of shunting going on too. Did I mention that Slovenia has great coffee, great beer and beautiful women?

Reverse colours seem like artillery, and the abundance of frogging seems to say Officer of horse guns, so Captain, Bengal horse artillery? Interesting period this, the British army seemed to be ruled by an idiocracy.
