It's an oldish mould Colin. It's out of production now but can still be picked up on evilbay occasionally. There are some issues with the shape of the engines but it still looks like a Bf110 to me so that's all that counts. The cockpit is nicely detailed and is still really acceptable by todays standards :smiling3:

Hi Colin

If your lucky you can still pick one up at Modelzone. It's not listed on their website anymore but I have seen it in their Norwich and Cambridge branch.

Hi Allyne

Great masking must have taken you ages. Those aerials look like they are going to be real fun.

I cheated Vaughan. I used Eduard masks lol. But still took ages to fit. I learned to use masks after free-handing my 1/72 He111 canopy. Now that was a labour of love and probably why i wear glasses so much lol

I think your very sensible. It will make all the difference to the end result defiantly worth the money. Glad your back on the case as you say it's been a while.

Hi Allyne looking very good a lot of hard work put into it so far. Would it not have been better to put the aerial array on last just in case they get knocked ?

Did think about this but after these are fitted then it's painting time. I always try to leave the canopy and undercarriage until last.

Allyne, please be careful not to knock the antlers off!!

I fixed these on my recent 1/72 FW190 nightfighter build when I reached the stage you are at now......I lost count the number of times I knocked/snapped the things off my model.

Gently Bentley!!

Looking good,

Ron

A beautiful looking nachtjager Allyne.

Been looking at a 1:72 Airfix 110, but money in short supply.

I'll keep looking for time being :smiling:
