If not Wolesley, then perhaps Gladstone? Looks to be around 1890 onwards to me, soldiers would be in home service red jackets and big hats otherwise? Women’s dress looks to be late Victorian/early Edwardian as well. I think we’re all pretty sure it’s a funeral though
