More great work on that model. I’ve just watched a thing on YouTube of a guy who has built an exact copy of the filming model. It’s taken 7 years in total. Approximately 5 years doing the research and collecting the 150 vintage kits required for the parts identified as being used on the original. It cost him $20 thousand in total. Was a very interesting

I hadn’t noticed all the Panther engine decks behind the rear three round vent thingies on the top of the ship

Ok on the rear wing thingy it says to put 3 decals but then you have to add pieces over the top of the decals so how would you go about it, remembering I need to paint! the decals are about 2 of the squares on the wing

I would probably varnish over the decals then use a bit of ca.

Damage that was on the original model will look cool when detailed

Daunting, but a very cool result.

I feel there needs to be a couple of warnings on the box
1) Don't forget to breath
2) don't use Tamiya extra thin quick setting glue (the shock breaks thin pipes)

Give the engine bay cover some paint and this is what I'm happy with
