Gawrd Bri you nearly built it you must have been stickin in on the model an what voltage is the model usein an that black box is the battery box i suppoce an will it stick out the top of the ship so you can swich the lights on an off an regard the cockpit glass what do the glass panels just layin place to be glued ?

Hi Brian, love spotting the gyzmology the designers put into making the M Falcon...definitely a Jagpanther hull there in one of the exposed conduits. There are photos of the design team putting the model together with boxes of model kits in the background for spare parts.

No the engine bay cover is removable, It's 5v
an regard the cockpit glass what do the glass panels just layin place to be glued ?
2 options glass or just frame and no glass .....going for the latter

Going to convert to usb mains but I'll need to be able to route the cable so you can't see it, but that's for after I finished.

I hope the top of the hull is just dry-fit 'cos the gaps are terrible! The rest is beautiful.

Apparently they raided the local hobby store and bought up all the plastic kits
More great work on that model. I’ve just watched a thing on YouTube of a guy who has built an exact copy of the filming model. It’s taken 7 years in total. Approximately 5 years doing the research and collecting the 150 vintage kits required for the parts identified as being used on the original. It cost him $20 thousand in total. Was a very interesting
