All I know about horses is that they have a leg on each corner and that cavalry take twice as long to paint as infantry....everything else was guesswork and deduction....

Don’t know what it is Pete, but it looks a bit like the baffle plate from a GEA pharmaceutical Freeze dryer....so is it a baffle plate from some sort of cooler?

Not a part I can place. I’m not sure it’s a galley rack because the rails on the left side don’t seem to be, well … rails
